SmartScale is led by Kevin Mayer, a global brand strategist and communications leader with a proven record of driving relevance, trust, and growth across industries. He brings deep experience in building enterprise-level marketing and communications functions, leading global creative development, and unifying brand strategy with commercial outcomes. Over the past decade, he has applied this playbook to fast-moving consumer and restaurant brands, generating transformational results across brand equity, traffic, digital performance, and enterprise value.


Kevin combines big-brand leadership with operational intensity. He spent two decades at companies like Chevrolet, Volkswagen, and Subaru, where he oversaw $1B+ budgets, led global advertising and campaign development, and drove iconic work recognized at Cannes, Adweek, and across the C-suite. He later translated that experience to modern consumer and restaurant brands, bringing brand craft and commercial discipline together to create scalable, high-impact marketing systems.
